- Our package prices are not pertinent to foreigners instead are applicable for Indian Nationality only.
- Cancellation, refund and other policies as per norms of Hotel/ company will be taken into account.
- Our package does not include any entrance fee to be paid during excursion of any sort. Customers are supposed to bear it personally.
- We are committed to recommend and provide alternate hotels of same category in case of unavailability in hotels preferred by you.
- Any appraisals in hotel cost, transport cost, forex fluctuation or hike in governmental taxes are susceptible to fluctuation in package cost quoted to you.
- All packages recommended by us encompass nights and check out timings applicable will be as per the norms of hotel. We do not support stay beyond the terms of packages availed by client and are not liable to pay any charges for extended stay unless it is approved by us in writing.
- All the package rate are as per the forex fluctuation, the current forex is 1 USD = INR 72
- if any change in forex will effect the total entire tour cost
- All the rates are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation
- if those hotels are not available we will give you similar category hotel
- As soon as you are ready to proceed with the reservations, we require online 50%-70% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking.
- After pay Advance online payment Remaining balance amount, you will pay on arrival before check-in.
- After receiving the advance we start to make all the necessary reservations and arrangements for your trip and keep you updated on time.
- You can pay us through online payment getway option like as paypal
- We charges the 100-150 ($ or Euro) from total cost As a booking Deal which will be non refundable as a tour assitance.
- We will accepting the payment as per current updated ROI.
- If you are paying through Remittance then remittance banking charges customer has to bear that
- Flight charges and taxes are estimated as on mentioned date and any hike therein are to be borne by customer only.
- During peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 10 Jan), the complete payment is required to be sent in advance.
- While confirming the tour, you are abiding with the parameters of particular tour whether related to mode of payment or others. Customers are supposed to pay advance payment or balance payment as per the terms laid down in specific package.
- 100-150 ( $ or Euro) will charge from total cost if you cancel the trip to any reason.
- Cancellation cost shoots up more to 75 % of total cost of package if it is done before 15 days of scheduled traveling date.
- Customers are liable to bear cancellation charges estimated on non refundable deposit of current package cost per individual along with sending Intimation of cancellation in writing to the company. Have a quick look on cancellation charges levied in distinct cases-
- Customers are levied with the liability of payment of 25% of package cost as cancellation cost in case cancellation is done after confirmation or issue of hotel voucher.
- In the case when cancellation is done before 30 days of traveling date, half or 50 % of package cost is imposed as cancellation price.
- Cancellation cost shoots up more to 75 % of total cost of package if it is done before 15 days of scheduled traveling ate.
- 100 % cancellation is imposed before 7 days of scheduled travel date.
- 100% of total cost is to be deducted in case clients do not make it at the time of departure and thereby results in no refund.
